Hello! I'm back...
Thank you for all of your suggestions throughout my fast. I tried to make mushroom broth soup after breaking the fast and it was awesome! But I also ate the cooked mushrooms in the soup and topped it with chopped green onions.
I had watermelon, grapes, cashews, carrots, and mushrooms throughout the following days too. No processed food or junk. The problem was, I could not feel ANY sensation in my insides. I used to know when I was full. But now I can not feel anything its like my digestive track is dead. Really dead. And I was/has been constipated for days. What do I do?
I had to start stop eating and start fasting because I thought I was going to kill myself (refeeding syndrome) eating food with no sensation of when to stop even while eating slowly.
So basically I ate for 3 days and started back
Water Fasting yesterday until I can figure out which way to go. I gained 5 pounds. I'm not sure if I want to go another 7 or 14 or 30 days of fasting. I would do another 30 days of water fasting, the problem is that I must find a way to avoid that horrible facial rash I had the entire time. My blood work came back very deficient in sodium, chloride, potassium, and slightly hypothyroid while and after fasting. I need advice on
Water Fasting and keeping my electrolytes, vitamins, minerals etc. in tact. I'm working two jobs and need strength.
