Hello!
I’m about 99.9% sure I have candida overgrowth problems. Since the age of 16 I’ve been battling with reoccurring vaginal yeast infections – prior to that I would experience them from time to time, however they didn’t start to get really bad until after puberty. I’m now 27 and have become a regular at my OBGYN. They should have a frequent shopper card or something so that every ten appointments I get one free haha. Anyway, they’d always just prescribe me Diflucan and send me on my way. Eventually they blood tested me to see if I had diabetes as apparently reoccurring yeast infections are a sign of that. But the results came back fine and they haven’t since attempted to get to the bottom of WHY I get the infections so often. Which is pretty frustrating as you can imagine.
I’m a clean individual and avoid tight clothing and stick to pretty much cotton everything. It was when I started to get body rashes that were super itchy on top of the already AWFUL vaginal yeast infections that I decided enough was enough and started on my own personal journey of trying to figure out what was going on with me and find an alternative solution.
I’ve tried a lot of things, a mix of natural herbs, restriction of certain foods, apple cider vinegar baths, etc. Most things helped, but the infections would just come back with a vengeance. One day on one of my Google fact finding missions, I found an article about the parallels/relationships of candida and parasites. Apparently, if you have candida the likelihood of also having a
parasite is fairly high. I then came across a blog which outlined someone’s experience testing out a product called Humaworm. Here is the link to the blog post:

Although his experience isn’t exactly what I had with the product, it peaked my interest and caused me to look into the product more. At that point I fell down the rabbit hole of reading as many experiences as I could that people had with Humaworm. Eventually a few days later I purchased the cleanse. The ingredients are all natural herbs so I wasn’t too afraid – only a little hesitant haha. The name of the product, their less than impressive website and the packaging of the product seems sketchy, but I swear to you this product has been a God send to me.
You take two pills in the morning 30 minutes before you eat anything and two pills in the evening 30 minutes before dinner. You do this for 30 days. There is no specific diet to follow, but I’m positive that eating healthy would be more effective. The timing of the pills is everything – you want to eat the pills on an empty stomach so that whatever creepy crawlies are hanging out inside of you eat that instead of the food. When they eat the herbs, the blend essentially kills them and then you pass them through bowel movements or other detoxifying processes. I’m on my last day of the product now and let me tell you, the things I’ve passed are somewhat alarming.
I’ve definitely passed candida – also some other type of worm, AND what I believe to be gallstones. I figured this out from comparing pictures I found on the internet and curezone to what I passed. Its super gross, but honestly it starts to be kind of fun and exciting eventually. I feel so great knowing that I’m cleansing my body of intruders – I always take a peek into the toilet to see if anything is there and try to match it up on the internet. Curezone actually has a lot of information/pictures/community that is knowledgeable and can help identify the different things you pass. Its also cool because Humaworm has an account and curezone and will answer questions that their customers have on the different symptoms and things that they’re experiencing on the cleanse.
You’ll read a lot about people experiencing extreme die off during the cleanse. Mine was not too bad and I cut refined
Sugar the same week I started the cleanse. So honestly it didn’t feel any worse for me than dealing with the typical
Sugar cravings/withdrawal. I’ll share my experience with it below – warning it’s a little nasty at times haha:
Week 1: Normal, not craving
Sugar AT ALL (which is huge – typically when I cut refined sugar I’m DYING for something sweet). Some itchiness was experienced and a vaginal yeast infection started to develop (die-off I’m assuming). Candida was showing in the feces as well as small hair-like looking strings. Started to develop zits on neck and upper lip. Experienced some occasional shooting vaginal pain. Passed some gallstones. Experienced mild leg pain sporadically.
Week 2: Passed small round clay colored balls again. This is what I believe are
Gallstones – google search of
Gallstones confirmed. Even passed something that looked like a corn kernel. Couldn’t tell you the last time I had corn. Experienced mild headaches and general “blah” feeling. Experienced achy legs, EXTREMELY dry and itchy legs, and itchy throat. Also started to have zits pop up in weird places they’ve never been before like on breasts, public bone and buttocks. Continued to pass candida almost daily. Also experienced high levels of anxiety and dread this week which was strange. Continued to pass some unidentifiable stuff (some chucks, some mucus like things. In the middle of week two I had some blood spots appear on under my left boob and also passed what I believe to be segments of one really long worm. From my online research I think it was a rope worm, but I’m not entirely sure.
Week 3 & 4: The last two weeks were fairly uneventful. Continued to pass candida – which looks kind of cloudy white and mucus-y. Dealt with on again/off again bouts of itchiness in vaginal and anus area. Experienced some more neck zits. Spent a lot of time being exhausted at the beginning of week 3 and then by week 4 I started to feel AMAZING. Not tired, feeling brighter, just all around feeling good.
Throughout the experience I tried to aid my body in detoxing the best I could. I took apple cider vinegar baths once a week and also tried to take 1-2 to
Sea Salt baths each week. Tried to dry brush my skin a lot – because I’m not sure if I mentioned this above, but DRY and EXTREMELY ITCHY skin (shins and legs particularly) was probably my biggest complaint during the cleanse. Which I’m assuming is the toxins leaving my body through the skin. The baths helped tremendously for me. I also tried to drink a lot of water during the cleanse.
Anyway – sorry for the huge ass post. I just wanted to share my experience with you. I absolutely recommend it. My body feels really great and I haven’t had a full blown yeast infection since before starting Humaworm. My journey is far from over – I plan on taking Humaworm again in a few months and plan on trying some new things out – like the
Water Fast you mentioned. Humaworm also has a specific cleanse made for candida which I will be starting next week. Cutting the refind sugar has been huge. Just all in all I’m on the right track and definitely recommend Humaworm. I believe that everyone can benefit somehow. My coworker just started it this week and she has had a pretty positive experience so far. She does not suffer from candida, but feels she has a problem with detoxing her body of heavy metals. She hasn’t passed anything too crazy, but definitely feels and LOOKs lighter/brighter/just in a better mood in general.
Anyway – here’s the link to Humaworm’s website. I suggest reading up on some experiences and seeing if you think it might benefit you.
