I'm wondering how you doing right now on this lonley road. I myself are in the same sort of situation with my health and one thing that really really helped me was doing a igG lab test for foods. Results showed i have 63 food sensitivities inculding nuts, seeds en broccoli and i was eating that a lot before the test. Since i leave the foods in the red zone out of my diet my health came back maybe 50% Ocourse there is a underlying cause of why i have so many food sensitivities and that could be my Blastosystis hominis parasite. Could be To less oxygen on cellular level, could be heavy metals but what i suspect is it is a combination of al those factors. Anyway i hope you are still going strong.
