Yes, I used to eat kefir/yoghurt. But lately I am more into fermented stuff (miso, fermented veggies, etc.) Also take probiotic supplements with enzyme.
For Mag, I take Mag Glycinate. Vit C is the one friendly for my stomach (I am sensitive to Vit C, so need to find one that doesn’t create pain for me, the one which is low acid, slow release, buffered, and moderate dose- I can’t take high dose btw).
