Do you mind if I ask what your dental problems were before you got things under control? I would be interested to read.

I have been adding 3 drops of clove leaf essential oil to my twice daily oil pulling and throughout the day will apply Oregano oil around the tooth and gum with a Q tip.

Things have improved but I realise it maybe superficial and not healing the problem.

I am going to buy a slow cooker this week so that I can make my own bone broth which I have heard good things about.

I did find a couple of Holistic dentists, they are about 2 and 1/2 and 1 1/2 hours drive respectively from here but I do want to see one. I am applying for jobs right now but it is on the top of my list.
