Re: dental malpractice

At a minimum, littlemissy should contact her state's dental society and start the dental peer review process. If she can prove malpractice, negligence, etc. she can recover the money that she has already spent on this shoddy work. If the damages to her mouth are significant enough (in the lawyer's mind), she might be able to find a lawyer who would take on her case.

Sadly, I have personal experience with this. I did prevail through dental peer review and was able to recover the money that I had already paid to this greedy and unethical dentist. Peer review does not award damages, however; I had to cover the cost of repairing the damage done by this wicked woman. I also have to live with it for the rest of my life. Very depressing.
