Hello. I am the same author of the last two posts. I wanted to put a warning up here for vegans/vegetarians. Notice I eat limited meat, but it you are vegan or vegetarian. You make lack complete proteins. To get those you have to combine things like beans with whole grains to get a complete protein, whereas animal products like dairy and meat contain complete proteins. Complete proteins are what stop gums from receding as well. So the small amount of meat I listed here may not be enough if you are deficient in complete protein. Those persons need to eat complete proteins, that will help with the vitamin C absorption and reverse any vitamin C deficiency that comes from not eating complete proteins.
