Alternative to Root canal treatment

I had root canal treatment on 2 Molars about 12 years ago, had one of those extracted last year and will leave the gap there for as long as I can chew on the other side of my mouth.
I do not really want any foreign body put back in my mouth like a metal screw in the jawbone for the implant.

If in future I develop an abscess and am told I need root canal treatment on another tooth, what alternative is there besides having the tooth extracted?
My teeth look OK now but I was told I had been brushing too often and incorrectly receding my gums in 2008.

I do oil pull twice a day, floss, brush twice a day with a soft brush, oral pik with 3% Hydrochloric acid, apply Oregano oil around the gum line once a week,.
Drink raw milk, green tea, bone broth daily.
