One possibility is tapeworm. These eggs are the only visible eggs from worms. People report seeing ”white rice”. Keep in mind that this is only a guess. Also, parasite testing is very hit or miss, there are many false negatives. In my experience, docs are not trained, thus no reliable diagnosis. Which leaves self identifying, which can be tricky but done eg. Flukes can look like tomato skins and a worm looks like a worm. I have the exact same thing. 2 years. Dozens per day from .125 inches to nearly 2 inches. I have been trying unsuccessfully to determine what these things are. A stool sample will probably show negative since such tests are pretty much a worthless waste of time and money. You might try to locate an infectious disease doctor who’s familiar with Balisascaris larval migrans and see if you can get a PCR test for that, but based on the typical adversities of seeking help from a human doctor yourself first, you might entertain the thought of taking your dog to a veterinarian who’s knowledgable about Balisascaris infection and get a PCR test for the dog. I’m a believer in God (prayer helps a lot), I thank Him for this forum and I believe the microscope can make a big difference. That said it is hard sometimes to get samples where you can see the reproductive organs, tail or head to identify the parasite. It took me a long time to identify my major ones. The surface stuff you mention--the snot-like covers over lesions--I dealt with that.
