Success Killing These Parasites, But What Are They?

I have been suffering for 7 years & have had some success in slowing things down but not getting rid of them completely.

In the last couple of weeks I have tried a concoction of my own which is clearing them out daily. Sometimes I get the urge to go to the toilet & I pass all these horrible things & no faeces. Really disgusting! Some are dead & floating & others are sticking to the side of the bowl & it takes a couple of flushes to get rid of them.

Any ideas what they are please?
