Yep, looks familiar....... I hypothesize that it may be some type of uncatalogued/undocumented acanthocephalan-like species. Probably not a nematodes or nematomorph at all, but something evolutionarily in between a worm and an arthropod.
I think I caught my initial infection from eating at an Asian restaurant in Los Angeles in March 2019.
