In my experience, docs are not trained, thus no reliable diagnosis. Which leaves self identifying, which can be tricky but done eg. Flukes can look like tomato skins and a worm looks like a worm. And if you know what it is, you could research all the herbs that deter the bug but it a lot of work. Most general dewormers have a range of anti-parasitic herbs in them. I would start with a general cleanse and from there, you can decide if you want to cleanse more of any specific organ/ area. Barefoot herbalists PWA worked best for me but required additional bowel assistance herbs. Also humaworm is good and their bowel assistance is built in.
