I presume that you excluded any food that you might be eating.

The only eggs (ova) that can be seen by the naked eye are from tapeworms. There are a few varieties, so it is hard to say which species. You can do an image search to see if anything matches up. Of course, this could be wrong advice, sorry to alarm you. Tweet
