If it is bad for us, then I'll cheat. I'll make it my sunday treat. Sorry about the YU brand, maybe you can find another brand that is just as good. If you do get some, I recommend the Basamiti one. (that's the kind of rice it's made out of)
Have you tried baked sweet potatotes(highly benificial) yet? I pile on sour cream made from rice, ton's of olive oil like butter, garlic (highly benificial)onions (highly benificial) and salad dressing made from olive oil (highly benificial), and almond cheese melted on top with Sea Salt and cayanne pepper (highly benificial) At first, the sweet potato is wierd because it's different than regular potatoes, but you then realize that different is not bad. I actually like the baked sweet potatotes better than the regular. and just drenching it with all the sauces is my style.
