Re: Recipe swapping & good Type O foods

I love ice cream. I try to eat Breyers, the cream is bad for me, but it is all natural if you stick to certain flavors like peach, strawberry (which is a no-no, but I love it) and butter pecan. I love avacados - an avocado, cream cheese sandwich is close to Heaven. I absolutely love vanilla anything, especially in all-natural root beer! I like blueberries and coconut occasionally, but having them every once in a while is not a problem. I found a wonderful raspberry oatmeal cereal, all-natural, which is wonderful! Berlin Bakery makes a raisin spelt that is marvelous! I have a hard time keeping away from apple juice because it's in every other kind of juice. I drink Spritzers a lot - mango, red raspberry and gingerale are my favorites - there's a little apple juice mixed in. The main problem is eating out. I'm trying to narrow my choices to places that make good, fresh salads, etc. Panera does a decent job but everything is loaded with fat & calories. So, in summation, the hardest things to say away from are ice cream, avocadoes, cream cheese, strawberries, vanilla, cheddar cheese, & milk. I could drink a gallon of milk a week but have cut way back to maybe 2 glasses a week. Almond milk is okay and rice milk is okay in cereal. I'm trying! Thanks for the helpful tips. Please send more my way.
