Hey great to know someone else is following blood type food too. I m O+ too and i have noticed a difference since I started eating more of beneficials. but tell me do you avoid the list of avoids completely? I could not figure what a/n againt "oats" means (Avoid/neutral?). I still eat lentils sometimes and am wondering if I should stop.I aslo eat soy flakes adn soy beans because being a vegetarina/vegan, vegetables apart, I don't know where to get natural proteins from.
