I have a weight problem and am having trouble sticking to the Type O diet - I love breads & dairy. If fact, I could live on bread and cereal. I joined weight watchers but they have all the wrong ideas; their 'diet' foods contain corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, starch, aspartame, etc. which are horrible for your health! The only thing of value is the point system. Unfortunately, whole foods are high in fat; olive oil, butter, meats, oat cereal, Amy's brand foods, etc. I KNOW I need to give up bread, milk & processed Sugar - but what can I replace these items with? I need some recipes or diet tips. Please help!
