Re: Recipe swapping & good Type O foods

Hi Melinda,
I used to think the same thing, but when I was eating low fat and high carbs, I was gaining weight. Now that I eat the Blood Type Diet , I eat a lot of yummy things.
Have you ever tried rice milk? I have tried some of them, and they are good. Other brands are not good. There is a different flavor, but it's actually better in my opinion. I buy the YU brand at wild oats, find a brand you like.
Wild oats also has a bread made from spelt flour (neutral on the diet. That's what I buy. There is also ezekiel bread (benificial) but I don't like the taste as much as the spelt flour bread. wild oats also has ezekial tortillas, and spelt flour tortillas. I buy the spelt because they are better tasting.
There is also rice cheese and almond cheese. not quite as good as normal cheese, but melted on tacos and sandiwichs, it is pretty good.
if you love cereal, rice crispies is wheat free, and they also have spelt flake cereal which is really pretty tasty. There is also rice noodles and spelt noodles, so pasta is no problem.
I find the being an O blood type really quite easy. What else do you like that you think you have to give up?

good luck
