I don't know if coconut is on your avoid list/ this is new to me,
but you can make homemade coconut milk easy. fill blender 1/2 full of water simpley drop in real coconut chunks (or shredded coconut is ok too ) til blender is full grind it up strain off the pulp/ do it again reusing the pulp/ and add that juice to the other. then discard the pulp. walah !! coconut milk *8)
