Re: Odor Cleanse / Champex
Occasionally, yes. It ranged from a mouldy smell, gassy smell to compost, sulpher, ammonia, fish, dirty socks, skunk, vinegar, and rubber tire like. Each one would last a day or two, and were combined sometimes. For a few years I thought it was something other than me, but everywhere I went I smelled it, and people were rude to me. I finally realized it was coming from me. Taking off my clothes at the end of the day was the revealing factor that scared me because I knew it had come out of me and absorbed into the clothes. The mould smell went away after a few cleanses and candida kits / white clay / saccharomyces boulardi. So there were improvements over the years, but not enough for people to treat me any differently.
What I find truly heartbreaking is the fact that I searched body odor on the web since 1996 and never came across the research about white mushrooms or Champex. It came on the market in 1999, but I guess it was just in Japan. They need to put their product name and body odour into all the search engines. Then more people will find out about it. Pure Encapsulations used to make a version of Champex called Odex. They stopped making it because of poor sales. They only supplied it to medical practitioners. Duh. The idiot doctors don't even believe patients have an odour problem.
