Sun: I am taking 5oomg for breakfast and then again for lunch and 750mg for my evening meal

Isnt That too much sun?

:s the recommended dosage is 2 pills per day = 500 mg
dont know i am confuzed a bit i will order champex in few days
the bottle contains 120 caps with 250mg each.. so it will be enough for 2months

i am confuzed now ur taking about 6pills each day that means i need 3 bottles and it cost alot ..

btw Sun you gotta understand that smell of feces will never be pleasent it will be as hard as it is always when someone else smell it
