Yes. I take a high dose though--525mg after each meal. Other supplements as well, noted above. Yesterday I started 2 drops of Lugol's solution (potassium iodide) on doctor's instruction because of low energy for many years. Iodine kills germs in the blood, improves thinking/IQ/energy and removes fluoride and mercury.
