Re: Not Really
21676,
You imagine yourself to be very smart because of your way of thinking that The Lord created the circumstances. Your form of logic must be very pleasing to you. You can continue to go through life with faulty reasoning if you'd like, or you can take a good look at reality.
The Lord didn't create the circumstances for His death, "the world" (humanity) did. The nature of the human being is to be petty (to fight/struggle, bicker, resent, take shortcuts and be lazy, to have more than the other person and cheat, etc.), that's why Jesus ended up being crucified. Of course God KNEW beforehand that this would happen (not COULD, but WOULD). If God sent His Son when Moses or Noah were walking this earth, Jesus probably wouldn't have been crucified and never would have had the opportunity at the time to become the savior of this world. God the father had to wait until humanity had become so obviusly "rejecting"/contrary and hating (MILITANT) to let nature take it's course.
So, next time you want to think Jesus can be blamed, look inside yourself and maybe you can see the "human nature" in you.
