I just got my Explanation of benefits and the Doctor's office didn't send in a claim for that appointment with that abusive Doctor, per my request and explaination to the medical biller. Only the second Doctor (his supervisor) was paid for my appointment with her right after. :)

I'm so glad that he WON'T be getting paid for his abusiveness. There is "some" justice after all.
