Surley...

Hi Surley:

thats Okay that CO did not work for your cholestrol. I just reported that CO flush helped me with my chronic bloating. I am not a blind beleiver in Castor Oil and always look for alternatives.

I did the CO flush 6-7 times, and now am not doing them. Initially I thought, I shall do them on a monthly basis, but I have chaged my mind. I have realised that too much of "flushing" can be harmful for the body. So any kind of "flush" is only for emergencies, when other protocols are not working. I have changed my opinion for Liver Flushing as well. I dont do it and wont suggest anyone else to do it. Its barbaric to do a LF, IMHO. :). Even fasting for so many days on lemonade sounds like a silly idea to me.

Anyways, my bloating is lots better. Summer is here, and I enjoy my flat tummy & nice tops. (PS: I was not able to wear my fav tops becoz of this dreaded bloating which made me look pregy) .

I am doing Iodine, but am now on vacation mode. I am giving my body a 2-3 week break from Iodine. But I am continuing to do Selenium/ Vitamin C/some Mg.

These days I am learning about balancing PH and ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential). Maintaining a high PH and low ORP is critical to good health. I was once anti-supplements, but now I do take supplements. But continue to eat healthy....

You can beat your high cholestrol,,,Keep the faith.
