Re:OT Cholesterol/Alkalinity

In the beginning I got discharge from the right eye. Somewhere, probably lost in the crash, I read the bladder meridian goes to the corner of the right eye and the toxins come out there. I would guess, since it is a few weeks go, the discharge stopped may be after1-2 weeks.

Now I have been reading up on Niacin, the conclusion is as good as Lipitor, I have started that since I don't take prescription drugs.

Frey and Newport have written about it, just put their names in the search box and look for their posts, I remember Frey's post was titled Niacin. You can also type niacin instead.

I just read something interesting on Ask Barefoot's forum, he said that Hal Huggins did research how much cholesterol young men should have and he came to this number
220 plus your age. I thought this very interesting, because I have read before when you get older you should not have low cholesterol, you need it to fill in the little holes in your arteries. Tweet
