hanna just posted about cholesterol and how she found that the numbers the doctors use are bogus. this is congruent with just about everything else they use - information, procedures and chemicals.

iodine will of course help your cholesterol, not by necessarily changing any numbers but by making it more liquid and allowing it to be sloughed off by the liver easier. the standard action at curezone used to be the liver flush. now i am not so sure. it is effective in moving cholesterol stones out and you may want to try it. i have done seven of them with great benefit.

another thing that can be done is the coffee enema. this can also be found in the enema forum. it is designed to flush the liver as well.

medication is the very worse thing one can do for cholesterol. with Iodine supplementation, the problems associated with it seem to go away.
