I have read that "granulated lecithin" is way better than liquid lecithin. So give that a try.
Also try eating 1 raw egg yolk every daY. Mixed with juice or smoothie.
Another suggestion is to alkalize using Baking Soda.
Mix 2 tbsp of ACV + 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda, in a glass of water.Wait till CO2 fizzes out. then drink. ( U can use freshly squeezed lemon juice as well instead of ACV)
Consume this drink twice a day on an empty stomach. ( Before retiring to bed and first thing in morning). This will alkalise your body and increase your PH.
Ofcourse Magnesium is good. Add some Mag Citrate powder to your food.
