I would suggest organic Non Genetically-Modified-Organisms granulated soy lecithin for cholestrol. Take it for a couple of months and see if it makes a difference. You can additionaly take 1 raw egg yolk in your smoothies every day. It has lots of lecithin and other important nutrients.
Keep a high level of anti-oxidants. Vitamin C( Sodium Ascorbate), Selenium and Mag Citrate.
And stop doing Liver Flushes, any sudden purges, enemas etc. These purges/flushes/enemas imbalace the electrolytes in our body. Just ensure, you eat healthy and have good bowel movements every single day.
