I can't remember for sure but it might be that the no flush niacin is not good for the liver, but I am sure it will come up somewhere, besides you are right statins are bad too. In one story it said actually even a combo of statin and niacin is good they fill eachother in.
Sorry I don't have links, I have a book filled, but in the last 2 years I have not done it anymore I have to work on memory and do a lot of searches.
I was so busy moderating that I burnt myself out, so now we all the new moderators I have time to do my own thing again.

Just learned something new, only a few weeks ago, that I could find my own post by putting Hanna in the search box. I used to go to the bottom of the page and do it, but I had to keep clicking to go through the alphabet to get to my name.

When you link something you always have to start with http:// and then the site.
The URL for the post is on every message, check your own and it will say URL.

When you do a company just http://plus the rest. Always keep some space before and after the link, some people do . or () and then it does not work. Tweet
