Re: Detox reaction?

When i started Iodine 2 mths ago after about a week I got a really big sty on my lower lid. I'm prone to stys, get them every couple of months but this one was different, detox maybe. I just put warm compresses on it by standing over the bathroom sink and used a cotton ball while warm water runs in the sink and apply it to my eye. Do this for about 10 min. then use a cotton swab with baby shampoo and clean the eye lid. Should go away in a day or two. No Antibiotic this way. It's just a plugged follicle. Tweet
