WELL SAID! I agree wholeheartedly :)

And I would like to add...it's really time folks outgrow their playground mentality and ditch the whole "I'm with the 'in' crowd, and so when I say things are truly hurtful and insulting, it doesn't count". It hurts others; it causes an 'expert' (with good information) to 'not be heard', and it really is childish.

Problems can be solved without 'deriding remarks'...but only by those that will accept responsibility for their actions and act like a grown-ups :)
