Vulcanel, just wanted to publicly voice my vote of agreement.

Allowing the opportunity for self moderation to occur also allows the opportunity for people to observe first hand what it means to give honor to the rights of the individual. Who knows? It might even allow people the opportunity to observe first hand the process of shaking this worn out, long-entrenched errant notion that we are obligated to conduct ourselves as a collective democracy. If the recent CZ poll/survey had the prime intention of seating a person into public office, that's different and more appropriate for relying on a democratic principle - majority wins. Meanwhile, it looks as though the opinions sought via "we want your opinion" are in the process of losing.

PS to future free nation founders: please consider the critical need to set forth in no unclear terms that the tradition of utilizign democratic principles on occasion as needed does not in any way mean, imply nor even hint that a democracy is in operation. And one last thing: please avoid saddling your future nation with that dreadful notion of "secret vote system". Tweet
