Or, they can be permanently reassigned to other forums. AOL Chat Hosts were required to have 2 weeks of Host training (seriously) before jumping into their Chats. If any Host crossed the boundaries of power and/or control, they were replaced - a couple were actually banned from AOL for their behaviors.

The solutions to this are simple and easy to understand by all parties - members AND Moderators. This isn't like building the Hubble Telescope - it's common sense, common courtesy, and recognizing one's boundaries, plain and simple.
