I would like to add that the one thing that really bothers me more than anyting else, is when one stands up for the rights of group X, and group Y interprets it as their own rights being taken away. For example, if one stands up for the right of Muslims to practice their religion, it is taken as another blow to Christians being able to practice THEIR religion. That 'ol, "if you ain't for me you're against me" way of thinking. You can be for, for, for, without any "against".
