Agreed...Re: NOT an EXCELLENT Article on Synergy

Of COURSE, everybody needs to utilize whatever form of Iodine is best for their body. Technically "agreeing" on one or two protocols is basically impossible, because every body is as different as every snowflake!

My concern (and my only concern) is that when one is presenting articles and information to assist each other to learn enough to make a good decision for their body, that the information presented be factual.

Taking Lugols/Iodoral comes with a variety of detox reactions and transient symptoms as the body is replenished; taking kelp/seaweed comes with the potential of arsenic poisoning and the high quantity required to replenish our depleted body. ALL forms of Iodine have the potential to cause all kinds of various issues.

This being the case, it seems critical that anyone presenting information should do their best to ensure the information is based on fact/truth, because without 'truth', the jungle of trying to figure out what is best for our bodies becomes virtually impossible.

The facts/truths are all I ever wanted for anyone, and all I'll EVER want for anyone :)
