The author clearly said it is easy to overdose in PURE form...Lugol's and/or Iodoral is NOT "pure" form...Lugol's Solution of Iodine/Iodoral (being 85% water and Iodine derived from kelp) is a LONG was from "pure" iodine. It may be very possible to ingest pure elemental Iodine and see these reactions (I don't know), but there is no such thing as a Lugol's "overdose" (this has been pointed out to you be a vast number of posters since you first started posting).

None of us on this forum are talking about quantities of ANYthing that could induce an overdose situtation...not Lugol's, not water, not salt, not trace elements, nothing. Doses of up to 6000 mg have been taken safely throughout history, yet NO ONE has EVER suggested or advised taking nearly that much.

I didn't say anybody was ignornant...why must you say that I did?

No one on this forum (including myself) has EVER advised that ANYONE throw caution to the wind.
