"Temporary health improvements might be due to Iodine using up all other minerals in the body"
I don't even grasp this statement. Since when do you get "temporary health improvements" by "using up all the other minerals in the body"? I'm pretty sure "using up all the other minerals," whatever that means, isn't the cause of any "health improvements." Every time I figure out that I'm deficient in some mineral(s), I've had temporary health PROBLEMS.
