There are many, many articles like this out on the internet and in library's. I suspect many of the authors are victims of idiophobia teachings. They do not know any better.

It is good to read ALL things with a critical eye like yours.

That said, someone who is very toxic, should take any "therapy" slowly, and over a long period of time, in order to prevent stored toxins from causing more damage than they already have. The body, in its intelligence, has socked the toxins away the best it can to prevent issues... releasing them too fast can cause a reaction that may be more than we bargain for.

I think I just broke through another plateau this past week... I wonder how good one can feel :-)
