I have bought a very good book that contains lots of alternative recipes contains B17.
For those who believes that B17 can prevents and cures cancer this is a very good tip.
The vitamin B17, also called amygdalin or Laetrile, is derived primarily from apricot seeds and almonds. It has been proposed by some as an alternative to the standard treatment for cancer. The book The little Cyanide, Delicious Recipes rich in Vitamin B17, by June de Spain has a list with foods (for example strawberries, lentils and spinach) that contains B17 and gives lots of recipes from appertizes to desserts, which use natural ingredients containing B17.
