Hi,

I see your doing alot of good things but I feel compelled to suggest to you that the most important I don't see on your list. You need to read Ed McCabes book "Flood Your Body with Oxygen".

Ozone/oxygen therapy is the most powerful treatment I know of, its track record in alternative treatment is stellar. It is the foundation treatment for all other treatments such as vitamin, mineral supplementation, massages, cleanses etc.
