What I'm doing now is definitely helping. I lost the weight I gained and I broke through my plateau. I agree that you have to try things until you get it right. I discovered that even Ezekiel Bread isn't good for me. I discovered a non-gluten/non-wheat receipe in the vegetarian section. I will use ground Pumpkin Seeds in lieu of Buckwheat flower.
I've always had great cholesterol and low BP. On paper, I was very healthy. My BMI is normal. But, something wasn't right. I had to get my liver working right, clean out my intestines & do a parasite cleanse. The amount of protein has gone down from 1g per 1lb of bodyweight to about .3-.5g per bodyweight and I haven't lost any muscle.
I have to eat breakfast. I eat 6 very small meals a day & drink lots of water.
