Re: Damaged lymph system

Grzbear,

Any chance that your gain was fat turned into muscle?

I've read that muscle tissue outweighs fat tissue, by volume. I guess it is more dense.

How do you look? Are you generally pleased with your appearance?

Do you need a trainer, or did you have one...to give you the shape you need for your activities?

That 'lots of sweat' thingy used to happen to the ex, whenever he was heavy. He definitely did NOT choose 'healthfood'...loved white bread.

Do you know, in my head, the only reason I can think for 'damage' to the lymph system, would be adhesions...maybe scar tissue. I simply do NOT know anything about the subject.

Surely, any 'packed' toxins would have, by now, moved on, since your extra activity and better eating patterns.

You aren't 'thinking' "damaged - not moving" are you? As you know, the body follows your commands.

Any stresses? Can you negotiate for relief?

Shared massage schedules, for example...'You scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours.'

Any regular self-massage should help.

And, I think yes, do get this out where many people can see it...especially fellows who may have had a similar experience.

Remember that many people read on these boards, who have never yet posted. There must be several who know your answer.

Write something very to-the-point as a title...'Weight GAIN with working out and diet?'

...Something.

F.
