Re: Damaged lymph system

Thanks Invincible and fledgling... what do you think of me posting this on ask curezone for more exposure?

The massage is a rare treat for me now, used to be monthly and may be again soon... but to add self massage would be good and\or significant other massage time.

The Infrared sauna may be a possibility and I will look into it, however need to concern myself with the cost as we are really striving to get our house in order and build a dojo in the back yard so we can teach humane living, Zen philosophy, and karate to kids and families.

I can, however, 9 - 10 months out of the year, lay in the sun and sweat... I can sweat for a few hours or more almost daily and\or work outside. When I do this, sometimes I can literally wring my clothes out. If I keep on keepin' on, I suspect a year or two will have this problem sorted out.

But I do believe, however far fetched it may sound, that the pharmaceuticals and OTC medications (and very likely chemical and processed food additives ) can interfere with lymphatic flow and may in some cases actually damage the lymphatic system and could be the "unknown" source of weight issues for some people. How else can one explain a 40+ pound weight gain over the course of 3 months while actually reducing calories, AND any junk food in the diet, all the while exercising? This is what happened to me...
