That makes sense.

I haven't really noticed 'stillness' before.

Of course, I've never tried single word thoughts, on a regular and deliberate basis, before.

It feels like one leads to the other. Single-word thoughts (knowing what you mean); soon, a feeling of quietness/stillness; and a sense that you don't want to hear, see, or entertain unfortunate or disturbing words.

Maybe it's a helpful thing that I am just completing a Humaworm parasite cleanse, that I have made a stab at a herbal liver cleanse, and all the good things I am doing in my 'life-style' choices.

Every little bit helps, they say.
