Invincible, does any of this resonate with you?
Did you take your 'screen name' from the Helen Reddy song? "...I am woman, I'm invincible, Take my hand."
When I first heard her sing it, I was amazed at those two words, together.
...........
As you can see, my 'Law of Attraction' theory is a work in progress. Learn by doing.
I stumble over words like 'intention' and 'focus'. Those sound like 'disciplines' of some kind, to me. ...Like trying to hammer this square peg into a round hole. Too many square corners!
Last night, putting myself to bed, I noticed that I was thinking, more or less, in single words...not in sentences...not elaborating, or going into any depth about 'why', or 'how', etc.
I was asleep in a twinkling, not even setting my subconscious any tasks. My feet did a bit of their 'exercise', and I noticed a kind of stillness in me. It was quite pleasant.
All last evening, when reading in various places on the CureZone, and my husband was watching TV, I had a sense that it would be better NOT to let some words into the environment.
It was as though the concept of single, uplifting words was penetrating my being as though THAT was the 'program'.
I saw lots of strange and amazing things in my reading; and I heard lots of stuff from the TV, but I was somewhat detached.
I did a little biographical reading on film stars, and read some things to my hubby, but that feeling of 'stillness' remained behind it all.
This a.m. I'm thinking that 'intention' and 'focus' are more a matter of ELIMINATING the background noise of constantly 'thinking', 'busy-ness', reaching for ideas, etc.
Maybe the struggle AGAINST things is the attention that attracts more of the same.
Maybe it is stillness that opens us to the things we prefer.
What do you think?
Fledgling
