I found that to be so insightful and beautifully simple.

One word - and allow the body who understands the mechanic of the word to do the work!! Simple commands.

Relax/Peace are the ones I usually use.

But I loved your word "RESTORE"

How perfect is that?? Wow!

It reminds me that when something is up with my computer, all I do is go back to a time when it was functioning well, and run the 'System Restore' function on it. And then all is great once more.
