Truth is something real, it is not the construct of this conspiratorial "elite" that you fear so much.   Naturally, I write about objective truth, the mathematical, scientific, the concrete and tangible.

Spriritual truth, on the other hand does not really exist, it like any other religion is just an agreement among a group of individuals as to what the will they choose to believe.

If you really want to be an individual, the you should stop believing in god, If you believe in god, then it can be argued that you are just part of the herd, thinking as the the majority (90+%) does. Instead become an agnostic or an atheist and become the rugged individual you admire so much.
