latest update; Things are well and slowly improving my BM's are regular 2-3 and now with very little or no blood. The diet is working well and I am gaining weight back. This may be a side effect of the prednisone I'm told. I guess I may have to will step up my exercise program. I walk 8-10 KM at work 6 days a week. I have been warned by some not to perform any strenuous exercises especially involving my abdomin area. What do you think? Would non-extreme mountain biking be OK? My energy level is exellent all day long. I realy hope It's the diet thats producing all these positive effects not the medication.I guess I find out, I'll be down to 25 Mg of prednisone and slowly reduing 5 mg a week until I'm weined off. Thats how I have been instructed by the Dr. to eleminated the prednisone. Some where in the next couple of weeks I have to start the other medication soloflak.
