Your diet is good.No tea for now.First we want to stop the blood before expanding the diet.There has been no problems with brown rice,however,you can use smaller amounts or try barley.As far as past experience as shown,all fresh vegetables are good.Brown rice has to be slow cooked for 50 minutes.Don't use peppers for now.Your colon will give the best answers using stool form and number of bowel movements.Are you using all the vitamin supplements listed on the diet?They make the vitamin E enemas more effective.Thank you for the update.sheldon
